3. Intellectual Property and Attribution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Nordic region and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
