1. Policy Overview and Scope
NORDGRID Energy Infrastructure ("NORDGRID", "we", "our"), engineered by Nova Solutions, is committed to rigorous information privacy, operational cybersecurity, and transparency in all energy telemetry and partner interactions. This policy defines how we process, protect, and isolate technical specifications, contact information, and computational data.
This policy governs our website, the live computational telemetry models, and technical discovery inquiries submitted through the Project Specification Ingest console.
2. Information We Ingest and Process
We process only information strictly necessary to provide engineering services and system simulations:
- Project Consultation Parameters: Information supplied during inquiry ingestion (contact name, corporate or institutional email, organization title, planned MW capacity, and technical network constraints).
- Telemetry Stream Interactions: Time-range selections (`24H`, `7D`, `30D`), operating scenarios, and node inspections processed locally in the client browser.
- Technical Network Diagnostics: Standard web server requests, including IP address, user-agent strings, and diagnostic access timestamps required for DDoS mitigation and infrastructure resilience.
3. Absence of Third-Party Tracking Cookies
NORDGRID operates with strict zero-tracker principles. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral ad tracking pixels, or cross-site identity profiling technologies. All session preferences (such as time range and active nodes) remain contained within local application memory.
4. Security Architecture and Data Isolation
All communication between your client device and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols. Project specifications logged through our ingest console are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption, hosted exclusively within ISO 27001-certified European datacenter regions in compliance with the EU NIS2 directive.
5. Data Retention and Disclosure
Project specification inquiries are retained solely for the duration of the engineering evaluation and bilateral feasibility modeling (typically 12 to 24 months). We do not monetize, sell, lease, or distribute partner information to commercial third parties. Information may only be disclosed when required by authoritative regulatory bodies or European energy transmission authorities under lawful process.
6. Your Regulatory Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Nordic privacy laws, you retain the right to request access, correction, portable export, or total deletion of your logged engineering inquiries at any time.
To exercise these rights or request confirmation of stored data records, please submit a formal request to our privacy team through our verified engineering partner: Nova Solutions Privacy Operations ↗.
